Vignelli Center for Design Studies' Beyond Fashion Show

Beyond Fashion is an annual celebration of design and community, showcasing a fashion show created by local designers and students of the Rochester Institute of Design.

This collection features original handcrafted autumn jackets and coordinating accessories, defined by bold lines, color blocks, and grid patterns that come together for a distinctive, balanced look. I imagined, designed, and created each piece of this collection.

I worked with an audio manager and new media team to create a cohesive motion graphics set that displayed in the background as the models walked the runway.

Initial Ideation Sketches and Mood Board

Creating the Fall Fashion line was a great opportunity and rewarding journey. From measuring models and sketching designs to crafting muslin prototypes and finalizing accessories, I truly enjoyed every step.

I’ve learned so much and am grateful for the opportunity to showcase my designs at RIT's Fashion Show. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had such amazing models and support throughout the process.
